It seems that I'm in a phase of quiet days. I was a little more adventurous than yesterday, a very little.

read a couple of chapters of Frank Skinner
got up
had shower
weighed self: good news, same as last month, 16st4lbs
watched new dvd, Richard Herring Oh Fck I'm 40, OK, but not too amazing - extras dreadful
cooked chips (2 portions)
tidied around
talked to kids
groomed Darcy
cooked family tea
browsed on Internet
watched Holby, plot so bad I'm considered giving it up
watched Collings & Herrin video podcast
That's it.
Not much to look back on then, all things considered.
